📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payments and transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
