As a Civil & HSE Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and providing guidance to ensure that all construction activities are conducted safely and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on safety procedures and best practices.
• Develop and maintain HSE management systems, including risk assessments and safety plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety measures into project planning.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Investigate and document incidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using HSE software and tools, such as SAP, AutoCAD, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in HSE practices.
