Berkah Dian Spareparts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for creating a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
