📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to high-complexity technology projects within the Automations Program.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and technology specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that project deliverables meet business needs.
• Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to manage projects and track progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in technology project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
