Urban Space Nusantara is seeking a motivated Junior Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in managing the pharmacy's inventory, preparing medications, and providing customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the pharmaceutical field to gain valuable experience and grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the pharmacist in managing the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.,Prepare medications as directed by the pharmacist, including compounding and packaging.,Provide customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals, answering questions and providing information about medications.,Assist in the preparation of prescriptions, including verifying patient information and checking for drug interactions.,Maintain accurate records of all pharmacy transactions and inventory levels.,Assist in the training and development of new pharmacy staff members.,Participate in quality control activities, including verifying the accuracy of medication labels and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and principles.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and medication preparation.,Valid pharmacy license or certification, if available.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
