📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly stored and sanitized.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving ingredients.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
