Sun Smart Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care and support to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and a passion for patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert pharmaceutical care and support to patients.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacist assistants.,Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Develop and implement pharmaceutical policies and procedures.,Conduct inventory management and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies.,Educate patients on the proper use of medications and promote healthy lifestyle choices.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems.,Certification in pharmacy practice is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
