📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate security operations to ensure the safety of employees and assets.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risks.,Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities.,Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high standards of security.,Respond to security incidents and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Monitor and control access to secure areas and facilities.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company security policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Knowledge of security technologies and systems.,Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the security field.
