📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive social services to patients, including counseling, advocacy, and community outreach.
• Assess and address the social and emotional needs of patients, including those with visual impairments.
• Develop and implement social support programs tailored to the unique needs of our patients.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive holistic care and support.
• Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, both within our facility and within the broader community.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of medical social work and visual impairment.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to patient care and support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical social work or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Social Worker (CMSW) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of social support services for individuals with visual impairments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven experience in patient advocacy and community outreach.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
