Resto Gilang Shop is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance reviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns, disciplining employees, and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
