📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics in Palangkaraya and surrounding areas.,Identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
