Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of villa properties, including coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of villas, adhering to high standards of quality.Manage and maintain guest records, including check-in/check-out procedures.Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of amenities and supplies in villas.Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.Provide regular reports on villa performance and guest feedback to the management team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a villa or resort setting.Strong knowledge of property management systems and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing the property management industry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
