📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Operational Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.,Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency.,Manage and train operational staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Operational Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
