📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals,Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen,Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately,Prepare and maintain food inventory and stock,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Valid food handler's certificate
