Place Express Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
