Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.,Promote and enforce company policies and procedures within the branch.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of local business environment and regulations in Medan.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
