📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely payment and proper documentation.,Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and monitoring of cash flow.,Provide administrative support to the Finance team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.,Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes as needed.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance administration role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
