Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage and develop the hostel's team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure smooth human resources operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to improve team performance.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
• Provide support to the HR Manager in all HR-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
