📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to fleet services.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any maintenance needs.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement fleet improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
