📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products/services to customers.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.,Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
