📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and other stakeholders.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities.,Providing training and guidance to other employees on internal controls and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.,Familiarity with internal audit software and tools is a plus.
