📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's performance, including customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.,Work closely with the restaurant team to create a positive and productive work environment, and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.,Ensure that all financial and accounting records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all tax and regulatory requirements are met.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, and provide feedback and support to team members as needed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,A high school diploma or equivalent, or a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,A passion for the food service industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
