In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate interviews and schedule follow-ups with candidates.,Maintain a database of job applicants and update it regularly.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the HR team in administrative tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English proficiency is a plus.
