📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
