📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications to patients according to prescriptions and clinical guidelines.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, and proper storage.
• Monitor and manage medication therapy, including interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (BPOM).
• Maintain and update patient medical records, including medication histories and allergies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) certification from the Indonesian National Commission for Drugs and Food (BPOM).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with advanced pharmacy software, including EMR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to pharmacy regulations and standards.
