🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a security team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with management, employees, and customers.
• Certification in Loss Prevention (CLP) or equivalent is a plus.
