In BIG Pharmacy, you'll work in vibrant locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Every day, you'll assist customers with their medication needs, recommend products, and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with medication inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Stock and organize pharmacy shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and tidy pharmacy environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay updated on new products and promotions to enhance customer knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.
• Willingness to travel between different pharmacy locations.
• Valid pharmacy assistant certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
