📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project specifications for construction and consumer products projects.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are accurate and complete.,Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project specifications and address any issues that arise.,Prepare and submit project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.,Ensure project specifications meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure materials and products meet project specifications.,Provide technical support and guidance to project team members as needed.,Maintain accurate records and documentation of project specifications and related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project specification, construction, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.,Proficiency in using project specification software and tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
