📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees receive their benefits in a timely manner.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
