📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.,Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives.,Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Participate in team meetings and provide input on relevant topics.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
