📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve credit-related issues and disputes promptly.
- Conduct credit checks and assessments to maintain healthy credit portfolios.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth credit operations.
- Generate and analyze credit reports to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with real estate industry regulations and practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
