📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and compliance
• Stay updated on regulatory changes in the logistics and manufacturing sectors, and advise customers accordingly
• Utilize SAP and JDE systems to track customer orders, shipments, and compliance statuses
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and compliance adherence
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Provide training and support to new hires and team members on customer management best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role within the logistics or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and compliance regulations
• Proficient in using SAP and JDE systems, or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in logistics management or compliance (preferred but not required)
