As an Accounting Assistant Manager at Indonesia Defence Services, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing support to the FAT Manager in strategic planning and decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and other accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.
• Provide support to the FAT Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including but not limited to, GAAP and Indonesian tax laws.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax.
• Provide administrative support to the FAT Manager in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and Indonesian tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the defense industry is a plus.
