📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Analyze financial data using SAP and Excel to identify trends and implement strategies to improve cash flow.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide training and support to the finance team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage the Accounts Receivable process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Accounts Receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel, with experience in financial data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.
