📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the gas station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, including fuel, lubricants, and retail items, using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor fuel sales and pricing, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the fuel retail industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
