📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and filing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of mail processing using tools like Microsoft Outlook and other mailroom management software.
• Handle and organize physical documents, ensuring they are stored securely and retrieved efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth flow of mail and documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized mailroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of printed materials for events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mailroom or administrative role, preferably in a print media or publishing company.
• Proven ability to manage and organize large volumes of mail and documents.
