📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the poultry slaughterhouse, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and optimize the RPA platform, implementing and maintaining automated processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and technology.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry slaughterhouse operations or a similar role.
• Certification in HACCP or ISO standards is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing RPA platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
