📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan to grow Logisolve Indonesia's market share in Central Java
• Lead a team of 50+ professionals across operations, IT, and customer service
• Implement and optimize LogiTrack, our proprietary logistics management software
• Foster a high-performance culture that drives continuous improvement
• Build strategic partnerships with key industry players and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Represent Logisolve Indonesia at industry events and conferences
• Drive innovation through research and development initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 10+ years of experience in logistics or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully leading startups or large-scale logistics operations
• Strong understanding of the logistics industry in Indonesia, particularly in Central Java
• Certified in logistics management or a related field (e.g., CLM - Certified in Logistics Management)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead a high-performing team
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to make data-driven decisions
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Willingness to relocate to Semarang
